Our track team does that exact same video that Sara is doing (her husband, Brett, is a graduate of our school :)); I've been doing that after every run and it is really helping my owie hamstring.

I have a marathon on the 22nd and can't get in a 20-miler either...here's to hoping we both can soon!!!! You're doing a great job cross training!!!Jillhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10174883718651790845noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6080378157399954831.post-53902852690908527282011-12-13T14:33:41.729-07:002011-12-13T14:33:41.729-07:00Hang in there! Your training had been going amazingly.

If it's any sort of consolation, I had a stress fracture in my pelvis in August 2010 and I took off FIVE months from running...and I lived to tell about it. And I think I came back as a smarter/faster runner because of it. So I know it is super super hard, but you will make it through this!!Neon Blonde Runnerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16782863353830958219noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6080378157399954831.post-85124318657043201912011-12-12T20:25:15.344-07:002011-12-12T20:25:15.344-07:00Get better quick, Christie!!
