  1. Sorry to hear your injured! I see your water jogging, this is great. I will be doing this too during the week since I may have pushed it too soon with my injury.
Hope everything goes well and your able to do a 20mile run before your next race :)

  4. Thank you for your sweet sweet comment on my marathon post :)

Oh my goodness, I somehow missed your post last week about your injury.

I AM SO SORRY to hear about it!!! Your training had been going amazingly.

If it's any sort of consolation, I had a stress fracture in my pelvis in August 2010 and I took off FIVE months from running...and I lived to tell about it. And I think I came back as a smarter/faster runner because of it. So I know it is super super hard, but you will make it through this!!

  5. Hang in there! So man of us are in the same boat. I hope it's nothing serious and you are able to prepare for the upcoming race. It's good to see you cross training at least! Hold on to the fitness that you can and take care of yourself!

  6. Oh ick! Hope you are feeling better soon! Our track team does that exact same video that Sara is doing (her husband, Brett, is a graduate of our school :)); I've been doing that after every run and it is really helping my owie hamstring.

I have a marathon on the 22nd and can't get in a 20-miler either...here's to hoping we both can soon!!!! You're doing a great job cross training!!!
